Of course the TSA lied.

November 17, 2010

The Transportation Security Agency claims that our privacy is protected with the full body scanners.

Advanced imaging technology cannot store, print, transmit or save the image, and the image is automatically deleted from the system after it is cleared by the remotely located security officer.

Seriously?  Do people actually believe this?

If the image is deleted after being cleared, then it was initially saved.  The TSA must have the ability to save images for legal evidence and challenges.  Of course the images can be saved.  Are all images saved?  Probably not but all could be and some are undoubtedly.

What else are they lying about?
