Chicken cooties.

June 18, 2010

I read another story today about the high prevalence of salmonella and campylobacter on chicken in grocery stores.

Is anyone really surprised by this?  Is anyone terribly interested?

Just assume that all meat that you bring into your house has bacteria on it and act accordingly.  How?  Cook the meat which kills the bacteria.

Problem solved.  Now what will the media write about?
