Are doctors obligated to continue providing medical care when their personal safety is at risk?

No.

No. And maybe they could help the situation by:
    1. Not stacking bodies in the road, makes for nice photo op, but slows down aid
    2. Not rioting
    3. Help move aid around and stop standing around bitching no body will help us
    4. Instead of gangs with machetes, try a shovel and a pick

The roadblocks of bodies are so disturbing.

There are so many fundraisers going on (even at our school) but I feel as if it would be throwing money into a bottomless pit.

Haiti is a failed “state” – you can keep throwing aid at it forever but you are not going to change a thing. Like Africa – the more aid they get, the more things fall apart.
