Mystery illness on a train in Canada

A woman has died on a VIA Rail train which is stopped and quarantined in northern Ontario.
Ten other passengers have been taken to hospital and 250+ still remain on the train.
The reports are of “flu-like” symptoms.
It’s a Vancouver to Toronto passenger train which had travelled over half of the country. The deceased woman was with a group from Alberta.
Yep … the train came through Saskatchewan. I don’t like this. Fingers crossed that it’s “nothing.”

Hmmm - I would interested in knowing exactly what the symptoms are. Real Flu-like symptoms - like cough and fever? Or “flu” like symptoms, like vomiting and diarrhea. Or “flu” as in upper repiratory? Or mass hysteria?

- time will tell as the information is released.
